Frequently Asked Questions
Here are a few things parents commonly ask before getting started:
What ages are your programs designed for?
Our programs are designed for elementary-aged athletes, with age ranges varying by program. Each program page includes recommended ages or grade levels to help you choose the best fit.
Does my child need previous experience?
Not at all. Many of our programs welcome beginners, while others are designed for more experienced athletes. Program descriptions will indicate the recommended skill level, and instruction is tailored to help every child improve.
Where are programs held?
Programs are offered at local schools, parks, athletic facilities, and the LB Sports Training practice area, depending on the specific program. The location is listed on each program page before registration.
What should my child bring?
Each program has slightly different requirements, but comfortable athletic clothing, athletic shoes, a water bottle, and any sport-specific equipment (if applicable) are typically recommended. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details after registering.
What happens if weather affects a program?
For Thanksgiving camp, if outdoor camp cannot be held on a given day because of weather or unsafe conditions, families receive a prorated refund for the canceled day. No makeup days or indoor alternative are promised. Please check the specific policy for other programs.
